If the answer is “no, there’s no warranty,” then just say that. I would’ve scheduled another appointment and paid for the additional work. It’s hard enough to pay steep prices for plumbing work—being treated rudely on top of that is unacceptable. Hire people who are kind and respectful to your customers. You’ve lost my business."
