"Michael Griffin is great to work with. My garage had caught on fire. He was very patient and listened to what I had and what I wanted. He was also very helpful in explaining the insurance process to me so that everything went smoothly. I picked Michigan Fire Restoration over the company that my insurance company recommended and am so happy that I did."

"Advance Restoration was fantastic and did more than just mold remediation. My kitchen and basement flooded. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!"

"Excellent company!!! They did exactly what they said they would do. They kept us updated the entire way. Customer service was amazing!!!!! Would highly recommend"

"It was perfect. At first, I was so nervous, but he was very patient and everything he said he has done. I would recommend him to anybody."

"One year ago, I contacted Mike after experiencing water damage in a condo. Mike was in Florida, following the storms down there, but his team contacted me immediately, took care of the issue and was easy to work with during the remediation process. "Excellent service. They were out to our house that night to begin removing water from the yard . Another company said that since it was going to continue raining, they would be out the following day. We would have had much more damage if we had waited."
