Most recently I needed a pipe off of our boiler to be replaced. Not only did he research the most inexpensive options for doing so, he actually met with the town inspector to make sure that the job he wanted to complete would be well within compliance. After fixing the boiler, he waited for the inspector to come out, for nearly an hour and a half sitting in our driveway, to come out to make sure there were no problems with the job. He is amazing with communication. At each step of the job, he let me know what was going on and what he was doing, including going to three different stores to get a pipe that my antiquated boiler needed. He was very concerned to make sure that my family was safe in my situation before it would have allowed carbon monoxide to spill into my home. He’s amazing!"
