"I doing everything through Coolray, and they did a good job. It was pretty expensive that I remember. They were pretty thorough, and explained everything. They did it right, and I have had no problems since. The other plumber I had was cheaper, but he wasn't good. I'm still using them. I hope not anything in the future. "Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I give them a A-"
