"UGI arrived on time, did a thorough check of our system and provided a detailed explanation of what was needed to correct the problem (we had a leak in the freon coils.).  He gave us options and suggested we meet with the UGI salesman for more details which we did within a few days.  UGI salesman was factual and not pushy.  He presented options for fixing our air conditioner.  The explanation included what tax credits and rebates would be available to us.  We ultimately decided to have UGI replace our air conditioner because of its age.   We were very pleased with the work done--it was completed on time, the team was very professional and patiently answered our questions.  Finally,  our basement was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

He even called before he came to ask me to check and see if I had enough propane so I wouldn't be charged a house call if the heating had stopped because I was low on propane. The man could have charged me anything as it was a major snowstorm and I was out of heat but he simple came out quickly and assessed the problem and fixed it. He shoveled the snow, started the heating system and made sure it worked and just charged me the standard house call rate. He worked quickly so I would not incur additional charges."

"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The whole evolution was a positive event and we will gladly refer Orbit Energy & Power LLC, as a HAVC company that I will work with again."
