He was very flexible overall and helped get my AC repair ASAP after it was broken. This was especially helpful since it was getting warm outside! He was on time for all of our appointments and communicated what needed to be done/fixed clearly, so I wasn’t left with a huge bill that I wasn’t expecting. "We initially called Davis and Davis when our A/C started blowing hot air. They came out three separate times, charged us money for repairs that didn't work, then decided we needed a full replacement for $4,500. We called Buric for a second opinion. Tom arrived on time, took 20 minutes to (correctly) find the problem, told us we didn't need a replacement, and repaired it for just over $400. It works great to this day. He pretty much restored our belief that honest technicians still exist in the world and saved us like $4,000. Only had one experience with them, but will always recommend them."
