"Sean was very prompt in responding to me request for service and did his absolute best to accommodate my schedule at my convenience. He was very flexible overall and helped get my AC repair ASAP after it was broken. This was especially helpful since it was getting warm outside! He was on time for all of our appointments and communicated what needed to be done/fixed clearly, so I wasn’t left with a huge bill that I wasn’t expecting. Expectations are very important and he seems to understand. I would highly recommend Sean and/or his team for any issues you might have for a cost effective and friendly solution. Thank you so much for your help Sean!"

"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct. If I need a new unit next summer I will definitely use Tetteris Heating and Air for the replacement."

"We initially called Davis and Davis when our A/C started blowing hot air. They came out three separate times, charged us money for repairs that didn't work, then decided we needed a full replacement for $4,500. We called Buric for a second opinion. Tom arrived on time, took 20 minutes to (correctly) find the problem, told us we didn't need a replacement, and repaired it for just over $400. It works great to this day. He pretty much restored our belief that honest technicians still exist in the world and saved us like $4,000. Only had one experience with them, but will always recommend them."

"Darryl McDowell, the technician from ARS of Laurel, did an outstanding job while performing my AC tune-up/inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional; explained all findings in a thorough and easy to understand manner. As a result of his honest assessments and diligence in addressing all issues in a very comprehensive manner, I feel confident moving forward with needed repairs and/or system replacement. Without a doubt, he provided the best service ever!"

"Was looking for a company to service/maintenance. Called them and shared my concerns. Scheduled and appointment within 3 days. Technician was polite and professional. Could tell he knew about AC unit and his profession. Fair cost/pricing Highly recommend."

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."
