"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "My appointment was at 8 am and the electrician arrived around 9 am. I had no idea he was coming to me from an hour and a half away. He did call to tell me he would be late and asked about the services I needed. I was able to answer to the best of my ability. He arrived and got right to work and eventually realized he didn't have the correct parts, though he thought he did. He went to Home Depot and got the parts and came back and fixed the issues. All of this caused him to charge me a full extra hour of labor that shouldn't have been necessary. If I had been asked to provide pictures of the parts or a more in depth description of the parts/issue then I wouldn't have had to pay for an extra hour ($140) as well as be even later to work than anticipated."
