I called them up and they came out gave me all my options and advised me on the best way to add duct work etc. They gave me a date they would be there and said it would take 2 days to complete the install. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

"we have a crazy heating system; no one in the ten years we've had the house has really been able to figure it out. That's just life. When the heating stopped working (in January) we called Milltown. They were very responsive. We had a technician here in a day who figured out there was a leak. Finding the source, and how to isolate it was anything but simple. The tech in charge persisted (figured out, in fact that the system had been piped wrong) and solved the problem over the course of a day and a half. Many would have thrown up their hands or managed some bad technical band-aid. It was expensive (but plumbing sort of always is, and I don't think this rose to the level of unfair), but importantly the system is now better understood and there's no more leak. On top of that all of my questions were answered and the work was done well. Highly recommended."

I'd like to especially thank Garret, Brandon, and Kat for pulling the whole thing together and making the installation as seamless as possible. Also, shout out to HTP for replacing a defective unit. They stood up and did the right thing when they didn't have to. Milltown went above and beyond what a plumbing company would typically do. When our combo unit failed, we lost heat and hot water. Milltown was able to hook up a temporary hot water tank so my family had access to heated water for showering, dishes, etc. Everyone I spoke to were genuinely concerned and could not have been more professional in their workmanship, cleanliness, and finished product. I am very pleased with everything from start to finish."
