"Our furnace broke down this past March.We called Bruce at 5 pm and he was at our house by 8 pm the same night. He educated us on different heating systems and provided us with written quotes and proposals on several to choose from. He verbalized if we called him early the next morning he would get started on our job. The temp in our home had gone down to 45 degrees.....we made a decision and called him early the next day. He was at our house with two other workers that same day. They worked all day into the evening until the vent work was done and the furnace was installed and running. He took his time to explain the new thermostat unit to us. He was very patient with us. He and his team cleaned up nicely before leaving. We have been very happy with this furnace so far. I have had some questions regarding re setting the thermostat and over the telephone he walked me through it.  Bruce offered to submit the information for our rebates and to register our furnace for the warranty. I thought this was going above and beyond. His responsiveness is impressive. His conducts himself and his team in a professional manner and really cares about his customer. Prior to leaving the day the furnace was installed his team replaced a part on our air conditoning unit that we knew needed to be replaced. He has offered to "come by" to inspect our air conditioner to ensure it is
