"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Incredible service! I called Monday morning at 7am and my 12pm I had a new heater fully installed! Earl/Frank came out within an hour of my call despite being short staffed. He completed the job single-handed, only have the assistance of the parts guy to carry the heater in and over my washer/dryer. Nice guy to talk to, but most importantly, his work was flawless. "As it turned out to be an A/C problem Rob didn't perform the service otherwise I'd have hired him for the repair on the spot.  He explained our issue and assured me that there wouldn't be any worse water in our basement while we were away which relieved my concern.  Rob also answered questions I had about our hot water heater.  He was nice and knowledgeable.  We'll definitely call him with our next plumbing project or problem.

Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"The valve started spraying water all inside the cabinet last night around 9 pm. Called Magnolia in the morning and was given an appointment from 2-4. Dispatch called me at 3:30 to tell me that the technician was running very late and it would be at least another hour. I was given the choice to wait or to reschedule. I had waited this long so I choose to wait. The tech arrived approximately around 7 p.m. The whole job took 30 minutes, only about 10 of which were actually replacing the valve. So given the time I feel the price was extreme. I've used Magnolia in the past and they have always been expensive, but this seemed a little higher than normal. I had waited this long, though, so I wasn't going to try and get another plumber and miss more work so I let them perform the switch. I would use them again if I had an emergency, since they have always been responsive, but I'll think twice given the prices they are charging."
