"They were excellent! I called while at work and they arrived at my house within five minutes. They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. "Had two visits, spring and fall for annual maintenance contract, review is for events from both. Price is reasonable. However, I was unimpressed by service. Serviceman was running late but did not call until I called them after my service window was over. He recommended replacing humidifier part I had just replaced the month before, and then was forced to admit he hadn’t even looked at it, just assumed it was old. I asked why the upstairs was so much hotter than the main floor and he said “We don’t do that, you’ll have to call an air duct guy.” Then I had to call after several weeks to get the estimate for some of the other suggested repairs that he said he would email but never did. Will not be renewing my annual contract"

They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished.
