"Excellent customer service. Excellent finished product. West Shore Home came to install a shower in one bathroom and bathtub/shower in another bathroom. Their customer service is top tier! They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. "We actually hired J Hoss for two jobs, and they did a great job with both! Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

He was incredibly meticulous with installing our new cabinets. The quality of both the cabinets and drawers are superb. Thank you Nathan for everything you’ve done for our kitchen. "It was absolutely great! We remodeled 3 bathrooms. The work was professionally done. Our home was kept clean during the remodeling project. Carpet and floors were covered when necessary. They were consistent with arrival and departure times each day during the project. Very respectful. I enjoyed working with Baldwin Remodelling and plan to hire them again for an additional remodeling project in the near future."

"This is the second time I've hired S&J, and both projects went very smoothly. This time they repaired a wall that had been ripped out for a fireplace reinstall, and you can't tell any work has been done at all. Really stellar work all around, and good communication from the front office. They can do textured ceiling patch work as well, which is really hard to find."

"Our experience with this kitchen remodeling company was an absolute nightmare, thanks to their abysmal customer service and lack of any clue of what they were doing. From the moment we signed the dotted line, it was clear that they had no interest in helping or even acknowledging our questions. The representatives were dismissive and rude, treating us like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Josh, the sales manager didn't care to respond to us, only at his convenience and when he added, "send us more money" at the end of every communication. When the project finally began in March 2023, the lack of communication and transparency reached new heights. They were constantly late and unresponsive to our concerns. Any attempt to get updates on the progress or address issues was met with indifference and excuses. It seemed like they couldn't care less about the quality of their work or our satisfaction as a paying client. It was clear the "project manager," Sam, had no idea what he was doing. We had to tell him to get inspectors to come after we realized they had no plans of doing so. It's a good thing, because his management of the work failed 3 times before they got it right. His mansplaining of excuses was embarrassing for him. To add insult to injury, the final result (now end of July 2023) was far from what we had hoped for. A total lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the remodel. Because we actually designed the kitchen and project managed it, did it turn out ok. The cabinets were damaged on installation and are still damaged after completion. It was evident that they were more interested in taking our money than delivering a satisfactory outcome. We have designed and renovated 4 bathrooms in our home and managed all of them, so we are not new to the process and what needs to be done. The general manager, John, reached out after completion (to ask for the rest of the money that we withheld because of the damaged cabinets that they did not replace) and we we told him about the horrible experience. He didn't even respond. The only good thing about this experience were the workers, Juan and Carla. They did a decent job but were limited in what they were "allowed" to do by the manager. In the end, we regret ever choosing this kitchen remodeling company. Their customer service was beyond disappointing, and we wouldn't wish this experience on our worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that actually value their customers and take pride in their work."

"All work was completed in a professional manner from initial planning through all phases of construction. The job site was maintained as expected. AES worked with us on a few small changes we requested along the way as well. I felt very comfortable with all the craftsperson’s at work in our home. There was great communication with AES throughout the job. I would use their services in the future."
