So, calling them back, but I know they will be able to fix it. They have done work for me on this unit before. They cannot service all units, as I have a business and they weren't able to fix that one. But, they said that when they got there and looked at it before they spent a lot of time or money on parts, so at least they are honest."

"When I got home from work on Tuesday evening, I noticed that the house was warm and humid. My four year old Trane heat pump was not working.  I called Total Comfort and they sent Glenn out within two hours, at 7:30 in the evening. I was so impressed that they responded so quickly.  Glenn performs our semi-annual maintenance visits and has always been the ultimate professional - courteous and prompt.  Glenn informed me that the fan motor was bad, but it would be covered under my 10 year parts and labor warranty I had purchased when Total Comfort installed my unit four years ago.  He said they would order the part and he would be back to install it within a day or two.  On Thursday, he arrived at 6:30 in the evening and replaced the bad parts, again promptly and professionally.  I highly recommend Total Comfort to anyone looking for excellent and responsive service.  All of their staff has been a  pleasure to work with over the years.

"Clover Services were able to provide service on short notice on a Friday. However due to the need to replace the fan motor the work could not be finished until the next Monday because of ordering replacement parts. Ryan arrived early Monday with the replacement motor and within an hour the AC was up and running again. I would call Clover Services again because I believe that the company responded and fitted me into their work schedule when they were fully booked on a Friday. Secondly, Ryan their Technician was very competent and courteous."

"I have them come out twice a year for maintenance. I pay nothing when they come, I have a contract with them. They check the two heat pumps I have for routine service. They were here before and said I needed to fix something. They said it would be $1800 for repair it, so I should just get a new unit. To make a long story short I talked to a friend who works on air conditioners and he said it would be $300. They tried to sell me on something, the service is fine."
