I pride myself on my professionalism, as well as my ability to complete every job to the homeowner's total satisfaction. I never leave a job unfinished, or a homeowner not 100% satisfied with my level of service - Call today!

"We live about 30 mins outside of Utica. Asia came out and was on time and kind (this was the only stars he earned). He told us we needed a part for our older model double-oven. He said he?d look for the part and get back to us by the next day. I texted several days later after not hearing back, and he was completely unfamiliar with who I was. He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between ?50 calls a day? and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn?t even the problem! So he took our money as a diagnostic, never folllowed through, and was incorrect on the problem. Hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm. "
