"We had all of our windows, an oversized patio door and an exterior mud door replaced. The project was very expensive but the result is amazing. We replaced the 1989 aluminum windows with grids and put in a Milgard windows with a black exterior. Josh Kaiser installed the product and we were very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. I watched him install the windows and he answered all of my questions with patience. He unfortunately had to work by himself after his worker, Kris didn't show up for a few days. Josh didn't complain and just kept working hard. I am very happy with Henderson and Daughter and Josh Kaiser. I highly recommend them."

"Called for a quote when one of the garage door springs broke.  Due to the advanced age, he recommended replacing both springs and gave me a great quote.  He arrived right on time, was very professional, yet friendly.  He made several adjustments to mechanism to correct problems his inspection revealed, without inflating his price from the quote.   Did not try to sell me any additional parts or services.  Completed the job in about 90 minutes.  The door works great, balance is much better than before and opener doesn't strain like it did before the spring broke.  Would definitely call him again or recommend him to a friend.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Really professional and timely once started.  My original material selection from a different supplier was not recommended by the installer or Steve the owner as it has problems outside in freezing weather. (Note: the other material supplier said my original choice was outdoor rated and were wrong with further checking)
Total project was less than 4 days start to finish with some rain mixed in. Had a couple of blend in appearance issues that were reasonably resolved.

"Q of Ethereal Elements was quick to respond to our request for a bid to repair a leak in the lower level of our home (aka basement).  Q had an immediate sense of why we had the leak and how to go about repairing it.  Once hired, Q and his men were on the job and moved quickly.  I am happy to report that the leak stopped; although, we have not had any really heavy rains since this repair; I'm hopeful that the repair is permanent.  After stopping the leak, Q and his men also repaired the water damage done to the inside of our home, to include laying down new carpet pad and the old carpet, sheet rocking and texturizing the walls, and replacing the baseboards.  That's another thing we really appreciated about Ethereal Elements... Q is like a 1-stop contractor... capable of addressing so many different jobs... in fact, Q offered to also hook us up with a carpet cleaner; however, we had already promised the job to someone else. 
We will definitely use Q / Ethereal Elements again.  And, it's so nice to know that a dependable contractor like Q is good at so many different jobs!

"Phillip responded to my call quickly and arrived at my home exactly when he said he would arrive. Very pleasant to work with, professional and provided quality work. I didn't have quite enough molding to complete the job and as soon as I obtained the additional material Phillip came back to install it at no additional cost. "    IN the beginning we had several companies come in and give us bids and options on getting the cabinets repaired.  Two of the companies voiced that the cabinets were too severely damaged and needed to be completely striped and refinished.  with a cost that was between 4000 and 6000$.  I had heard from a friend about a process called restoration. with that process i was told that aged or damaged cabinets could be brought back to looking new for a fairly inexpensive cost.  Then asked both the businesses if they new anything about restoration both responded with thats not possible and doesn't work.      To say the least I was not convinced.   I then called my friend who told me about the restoration, she gave me a referral card for The Wood Doctor. Right from the start the wooddoctor crew made us feel comfortable about having them in our home. They seemed polite, professional, and trustworthy. I asked them about the restoration process. THey explained the process and told us the cost. In the short of it we preceded with them. THe results were awesome!
