Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. As stated in a previous review, Vargas was honest, on time, and competitively priced! I'll continue to use Vargas Masonry and Roofing for the future work that I need on the interior brickwork and interior limestone foundation of our historic home."

"Would highly recommend! We had them come out for an estimate to remove a concrete patio. They arrived on time for the estimate and after taking some measurements, gave us a quote. We booked a few days later and they were super flexible with project start date. They removed our patio yesterday and did an excellent job and left the area and our driveway super clean. Tuckpointing work looked great afterwards; blended in well. Terry came back a day or two after completing the project to clean up further as he had to leave before he completed cleaning to his satisfaction earlier in the week. We didn't expect this; it was a pleasant surprise that he came back.

"From estimate to repair excellent service and satisfaction. It was awesome our on-site inspection was same day as our call and we received our estimate next day. And was even available to answer our questions before and during repairs. We had a tree fall on our house that caused fractures down our chimney, other companies we had come out didn’t find the underlying damage- they not only found our structure damage but fixed us up! Did extras, like rerouting air duct so we could have our recessed medicine cabinets. Included plumbing, electrical, framing, relocated window (outdoor siding redone), widening outer wall for increased insulation for pipes. Fixed access hole in basement ceiling and installed water shut off valve to bathroom. Installed extra electrical outlet for wife's hair dryer and a backsplash. Even fixed a hole in wall of another bathroom and rehung towel bar as a courtesy. Highly recommend."

"There were no problems other than some delays getting started and during the work at least in part due to rain. They laid a new foundation for the bricks, rebuilt the wall under the window and painted it. In a separate project they removed the old side walk and laid a wider new one. They reseeded the grass along the walk that had been disturbed and cleaned up after themselves. Overall pleased with the work and would hire again."
