He called me and was extremely friendly and offered to come the next day. I was very desperate and agreed to hold off until the next day so I could compare some prices and clean up after trying to fix the problem on my own. He then offered to come right then and there after thinking about it to at least look at the issue and decided to make me an offer so good I couldn’t turn it down and managed to not only remove the old pipes and shoe that was stuck under the tub but replace the entire system in a matter of hours. "Do not hire Clear Flow, Rolando or his team. First he took 3 weeks to service the job after multiple reschedules and overcharged for the job once he began. After his team drilled the hole for the dryer vent, I used the stacked unit once and it shifted out of place, unplugged and was stuck in the door. I contacted the owner Rolando for a good faith repair. His usual response time is 1 hour but this time it took seconds for him to respond and say he isn?t and will not do anything. Also even worse - the washer wasn?t hooked up right so the pipes leaked through the wall to the first floor bathroom. Do not hire this pro - very disappointing experience "
