He contacted his father-in-law, who has an extensive amount of well drilling experience, and they got started. We know the area so well that we know exactly how deep we need to go, if the water is good, and what exactly needs to be done. He winterized the pumps last year and I have called multiple times to have him come out and turn the pumps on. He keeps saying he will come out on a certain day and then never shows. It's unfortunate because the work he did was good. I even asked him straight up if he doesn't want my business that's ok and to just let me know. No hard feelings and I'll move on. The fact that he never returns my calls or tells me he can't do it is beyond frustrating. I would have liked to be a loyal customer so it's very disappointing."
