"I wanted two separate projects. We wanted them to do some work in our kitchen moving one of the base cabinets and the  refrigerator. and then another one was to build a rood over our small patio. His bids were inline with the other bids I received. when he was here he didn't seem all that professional. he did some basic measuring, but when he gave me an estimate there was nothing written down. He didn't break out labor, materials or parts for the job. labors materials or parts of the job. the impression i had when he was here was everything was off the cuff. I realize he got good reviews on Angie's List, it's why I called him.
If he took more details notes and measurements and asked more questions about exactly what I wanted. We stood in the kitchen and backyard and talked about it and he didn't write anything down."

"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"It went extremely well. We are so pleased with all the work they did. They remodeled the entire 3600 sq ft house and redid the railings on both porches and 2 balconies. Our bathroom upstairs was a small corner shower unit and they put in a totally new shower that we still can't believe how they took such a small area and made a big shower area. My favorite of most everything. They installed new hardwood floors in almost every room. Carpet in the upstairs. We would definitely hire them again."
