"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

The technician fully explained the tasks he would be performing and during each step if there were any questions and/or concerns. He answered all questions posed to him. "The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??
