"Lee Rothman is my angel in disguise!! I discovered a very bad water leak w/significant flooding on Halloween - what a nasty TRICK ! While Lee advised me over the phone how to stop the leak and prevent further damage , he STILL showed up at my door within an hour to check on this old lady and further diagnose the problem.....Now, THAT was my TREAT! USA returned with a new pump (and other needed new equipment!) the next day- even as this area was without power due to VERY severe storm w/winds of 110 mph overnight!
