"What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Expert Chimeny & Rofing were absolutely, bar none, the ultimate in professionalism. They came out and inspected the roof, noted the wind damaged shingles, and went to bat for me with my insurance company. The insurance company came out and met with the owner inspected the roof, and determined it should be replaced and covered by the insurance. They walked me through the process. He was easy to understand and straight forward. He is sincere and you can tell he knows the industry inside and out. Never once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage. The roofing materials were delivered on Thursday. The roofing crew arrived as scheduled on Friday morning at 7:30am. All I can say is, that crew is a fine tuned machine!!
