"I called this company to get an estimate on having two bedrooms built in our basement.The young lady I spoke with listened to what I wanted and my timeframe and then told me that they couldn't get to it until October.  I appreciate her honesty. I have spoken to companies that know my time frame, come out to give an estimate, then tell me they can't meet my time frame.  Why waste my time?I did not use this company, but just wanted to thank them for being honest. "I had someone else try to fix it a few days ago but he couldn't fix it. I called Jeff and he came right out. He had to run up to the department store for one little part. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
