He took a look at the faucet we had and discovered that we actually had a leak in the pipe inside the house that fed the outdoor faucet. He fixed the portion of the pipe that had split and installed the faucet - but he did not charge us for the extra labor and parts for fixing the pipe that had split - even after we insisted. We are fans for life and will call DTS on any future plumbing needs we have! I highly recommend DTS Plumbing to others!"

They repaired the wall and cleaned everything up afterwards, in their words "they want to leave the area looking better than when they found it" and again they did! "I called this company to get an estimate on having two bedrooms built in our basement.The young lady I spoke with listened to what I wanted and my timeframe and then told me that they couldn't get to it until October.  I appreciate her honesty. I have spoken to companies that know my time frame, come out to give an estimate, then tell me they can't meet my time frame.  Why waste my time?I did not use this company, but just wanted to thank them for being honest. "I had someone else try to fix it a few days ago but he couldn't fix it. I called Jeff and he came right out. He had to run up to the department store for one little part. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"My contact at 5 Star was very professional. They called to let me know they were on their way, arrived promptly and began working right away. They actually accomplished more than I thought they would in that amount of time (4 hours). They kept me informed on how much time was left (I had purchased a coupon), and what they could accomplish in that time, so they would be sure to finish the project and not leave it unfinished. In the end, the replaced/repaired 3 different, fairly large, sections of my fence and it looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier with their work and am getting ready to call them again for another project.
