"Mike came by and replaced our water heater while there was still probably 5 inches of snow on the ground outside. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up after he was done. He head our new heater installed and the old one taken out in less than two hours. Very satisfied with the service we received."

"The owner Jerry came out quickly when we called, he was friendly, and did a thorough job testing and explaining what he offers. After getting a quote from him and one other and doing my own research and water testing, I found Jerry to be more accurate with my research and testing. His quote was reasonable, and he listened to what I said I needed and wanted. I would highly recommend this company. Not to mention his people were out within just a few days to install my water system. They were polite and respectful."

"We have used Quality Water on two different occasions. Zach on the first appointment and Timothy on the second. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They both explained how our water treatment system works and didn't try and push other things that we didn't need. My wife and I learned more from them, then we did from the company who installed it 15 years a go. We highly recommend this company. Thanks again for the great service."

"Top shelf team. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Excellent sales, installation, and support experience. Highly recommended. The water purification system they sold me is very high quality."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"The company technicians, Steven, James and Zack were very professional and competent. They did excellent job in both removing the old unit and installing the new one. In addition to this job, we have used Appleton Campbell for several projects over the past couple of years, to include, installing a back up propane generator, installing replacement electrical lighting, and replacing a hot water heater. The company and their personal, to include both field and office individuals, were very competent and courteous. We highly recommend this company to other individuals."

"I got a call within 10 min of placing a request for quotes on Angi's List, and had a visit set up the next day. Jeff did an excellent job of walking me through testing my water and exisiting system, and letting me know the options for repair or replacement. I decided to go with VER after getting three other quotes because of what the system offered and how it treated my well water. Once I agreed to purchase the system, installation was completed 3 days later. I instantly saw a difference in my water! No more sulfur smell, no more iron particles or bacteria. The company also offered multiple financing options to pick on the fit my finances. Highly recommend giving this team a chance to evaluate your water problems to see how they can help.
