"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??

The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. "At last, a company where Customer Service is an TRUE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and not just a department or empty promise. After about a year and during some very heavy rain,I had an overflow from one of my upper gutters and made call to Vista expecting to be either put off with excuses or whatever. I promptly received a call back from Brian, who I believe was the owner, who arranged to come out and inspect the problem, which he did. He identified that the gutters I had on that side of my home,and the steep slant of my roof were not sufficient to deal with flow of a very heavy downpour and suggested I install a 6" gutter and gutter guards. I was expecting to get a large estimate for the replacement of the 28 feet of 6" gutters and guards . I was amazed and grateful when Brian stated that as customer/vendor gesture he would replace everything FREE OF CHARGE. How many companies today would do that?. This job has now been completed .
