"Everything went good. He was due to come out Wednesday. He forgot about our appointment on Wednesday and then, he showed up Thursday. There was no extra cost. The job was done very well but the contact part wasn't. I just felt like his mannerisms were a little off, on the phone. It wasn't as professional as I expected. The work was done well. I was pleased. It was really done exceptionally well. He cut the pipe and everything. He knew exactly what he was doing. I'm not going to take that away from him. The pricing was great. The responsiveness was not good. He was expecting me to call him, which I thought was weird because he should be contacting me. I'm the customer. Twice I had to call him and instead, he should have called me."
