It is over 4 hours and neither I have received any quotes and I ended up paying USD 79 for just opening toilet cover. I didn't know that Angie provide such services."

"Thankful for the quick service. They claim a $79 fee to come out and provide a quote. The $79 fee can be applied to the job if I agree. What they don't tell you ahead of time is that they have a flat rate of $494 for the task. The task was nominal and took 45 minutes to complete. Pricing seems ridiculous. I know plumbers don't make anywhere near what we were charged. Even with overhead and a less than 1 hour job with $30 worth of parts, it is nowhere near what we were charged. Quite criminal. Wouldn't use them again. Boooooo."

Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. "We researched several kitchen restoration companies and finally selected 3 of them to give us estimates for painting our outdated oak cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom. The price ranged widely among the 3 companies. One estimate was extremely high. GG Kitchen Restorations was the cheapest estimate however, once we had each company come out and had them explain what they were going to do it was very evident that GG Restorations was going to be a one-stop shop for us to get everything done as we needed and with high quality workmanship. We did have a couple of extra small issues in the cabinets that needed to be fixed prior to the painting prep could start and the other 2 companies would either charge us a huge amount to do a drastic re-design which really wasn’t needed or said they wouldn’t do that type of work and left it up to us. GG Restorations was more than willing to help us get past these small barriers and get our dream kitchen to our specifications at a reasonable cost. Frank and his team were great. Frank is very pleasant and fun to work with and he takes the time to really get to know what you want. Chris and Tim, that did the work in the house, did excellent work, and they never left a mess. Our kitchen and bathroom look great and what a transformation from old to a modern look. We highly recommend GG restorations to anyone."

"1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."
