"Everyone PLEASE BEWARE of this company. Dina Hae Shin and Young Shin took a deposit from me in December and never started the work. It was fraud from the beginning. I have not been refunded my deposit yet despite multiple attempts to reach them. I am currently in the process of filing charges in Virginia and Maryland. If you have been defrauded by this company please contact the state of Maryland, MHIC, and/or Virginia. They are aware and are launching an investigation. PLEASE BE AWARE. "

"They were very involved in the whole process from design to construction. The installation was flawless. HOWEVER, while technically beautiful, the bookshelves / credenza construction was delayed 6+ months and despite this we decided to continue the project. Finally, literally after 2 days a metal grille installed was accidentally bent and he REFUSED to send someone to fix it and wanted us to remove and give to him. For such a large project this is very disappointing."
