"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

"Manny and his crew did a fantastic job renovating our four (!) bathrooms as well as patching up our damaged drywall. The quality of their work (e.g., tiling, painting, etc.) is great, and Manny is super responsive. He is also very flexible working with us and our needs. I also appreciated how his crew cleaned up after their work each day (e.g., vacuums) so the house is not a mess during the renovation. "Of all the contractors I interviewed for this project, Clarence Dove, a very experienced roofer, made the best impression.  His company exceeded expectations in its efficiency and attention to the most minor details.  Their follow-up carpenter was also a perfectionist and spent almost the entire day installing molding to finish off the interior of the skylight installation.  The new skylights look far superior to the originals, and the finish work makes them stand out.  Other contractors were higher in price and did not include the finish carpentry in their quotes since the skylights are so hard to reach from the interior of the house.  I am a very pleased customer and highly recommend this contractor for any roof work.
