"My experience with them went okay. I really like the repairman, but their receptionist isn't very nice. Other than that, they did a good job. After some of the work was done, we were waiting on getting the air conditioning fixed and that repairman took a long time to get here. When he got here, he didn't know what to do and didn't have the part on him that we needed that whole time. Then the repairman said what we thought was the problem wasn't the problem.
