"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Our furnace had stopped working during a serious cold spell and Sunglow was available to come and take a look. The office staff were super helpful and friendly; great communication. I received a text message with the arrival time of the tech and included a photograph, which I thought was a clever idea. The tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. After ordering the part, which arrived quickly, they setup another appointment and a very experienced tech came and swapped the part out. I would definitely use Sunglow again and highly recommend them."

"Lonnie showed up on time, well groomed and ready to work. It took him 3 hours to find the problem. we have broken pipes underneath our house in the crawl space. He brought back pictures. the charge was still only $95 and they recommended their plumbers come back tomorrow. Or I could use my plumber. But these folks have earned my business and my trust and respect."

"Overall I would recommend ACT air duct cleaning.  I live in a 1913 colonial and I doubt this has ever been done in this house.  I did some research on the EPAs website on this service and read a lot about it beforehand.  The team arrived on time and answered all of my questions before they got started.  I was glad I educated myself a little bit beforehand so that I knew what to expect and what questions to ask.
The process and tools ACT uses to do their job is interesting and seems very thorough.  When reading their website I didn't understand that they were going to cut a hole in one of my air ducts.  My husband would have had a fit if they'd done that, so I told them they would have to come up with a work around for that.  They talked with Jared (owner) and then  figured out a work around.  The team was very polite and kept me informed of the process.  I will say that there is some dust associated with this process.  Meaning that you can get some "blowback" from some of the vents.  They went around with a vacume and cleaned up any mess they found from "blowback".  The team cleaned up very well and left my house as they found it.  I have noticed a big difference with the decrease in dust in my house since this service has been performed.  I'm glad I did this.
I got the Angie's list deal on this service so I thought it was a really good deal.

"We did a full replacement of our natural gas furnace and AC unit that were 22 years old. The AC gave out after last summer's brutal heat, so it gave us a change to also upgrade the furnace to something more efficient and quieter. Dave was professional, highly competent, and very competitive on price. He also was easy to work with and to schedule with."

"He did a very good job.  Be prepared for all of the extra's they will ask for beyond the initial deal.  I will say we have a lot more airflow going through our heater now and the dryer really needed it.  We had two cancellations before they came on the last time.
