"Tonin was able to quickly provide an estimate for repairs to my cinder block and slab back porch, which included: 1. repair of cinder block wall which the previous owner said was damaged when an excavator backed into the porch 2. break-up/removal of old concrete stairs and replacement with new stairs made of cinder block and blue stone, and 3. patching holes on the surface of the concrete slab. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. He did not try to up-sell me, like another contractor attempted to do.
