Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Keystone did an excellent service cleaning our heating/air conditioning ducts. Very professional and polite. Involved me in looking at what they were doing and their findings. In fact, we had the same ducts cleaned by another company in the past and found they missed several locations and we found  items such as a fork, baby powder container and several small toys still in the ducts.
