Carmen and his team came to the rescue. Carmen knew exactly what needed to be done and went to work immediately to fix the issues. He and his team were polite, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. Who could ask for anything more? I feel good and safe about the work that was done. "Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."

Whenever, I had a question, George was very responsive. After, the work was completed, I was able to test the faucet and garbage disposal. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would strongly recommend them for future jobs."
