"We had four contractors come out to look at our water system and we decided to go with Ken. Ken was the only one that wasn't quick to say that we needed to replace our water system, he checked the system, took water samples to find out what the system was doing or not doing. Ken wanted to make sure that the system didn't just need to repaired instead of replace. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade, he was also very honest! He didn't push for us to go through him, his main concern was that we got the best service and quality drinking water. He did a very thorough job on installing our new system and talked us through everything he was doing step by step to include hooking up our drinking water spigot and even hooking up our ice maker which was never done prior. Once job was complete he has stayed in contact with us follow up communication to ensure that our system is functioning properly and has met our needs. We look forward to working with Ken in the future and would definitely recommend him to friends, family, and coworkers!!"

"Installer gave a courtesy call prior to arrival. Installer arrived within the timeline quoted to us. Installer s name was Mike and he was very professional from start to finish. We had a ton of questions and he answered every single one. His install was very clean and neat and he cleaned up the work area as he worked. Mike explained to us in detail how to use and maintain our new water treatment system. No negative comments at all and would highly recommend Mike if you are installing a water treatment system."
