The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Kettle moraine as over the years we have had them replace the furnace and also our central air. Every experience has been a pleasure and without one complaint."

"I had a very dirty a/c unit, and didn't want to clean it myself. Was afraid of damaging the fins, plus it hadn't been serviced for years prior to us purchasing this duplex. The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He cleaned it very well, then check the furnace filter which was also very dirty, replaced it. Also checked the R22 level, had to put a lb in and then checked the output of cold air. It was perfect. Told me the approximate age of unit and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended."

We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
