I have to share my 1st attempt on hiring the right guy for this project. It consisted of me getting a couple recommended contractors from others and thought I was good. Instead it was terrible, to the point where we mutually agreed it was best for them to remove the decking and poorly installed addition and walk away. "Water Out was referred to me by a reputable plumber on Craig's List.  I sought a water mitigator after discovering that a faulty spigot and connections caused significant water damage to our newly refinished basement.  Ken arrived the same day I called him.  He used a measuring tool to identify water in soffit, behind walls and under floorboards.  He set up a large dehumidifier and fans - then returned a day later with Mike to move furniture, remove drywall and lift floorboards.  4 days of drying was necessary.
The Water Out team was prompt, professional, and helped turn our "disaster" into a manageable repair.
