"Nick our installer arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He worked fast and carted off the dead water heater and installed the new one. He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him. I had called the day before to get an estimate and they were able to schedule us in right away. This company had the better price and warranty from the others I asked for prices. Abbey from the office was also very friendly and quick to send me a written estimate. There were no hidden fees and I paid exactly what they said it would be. "I was able to get an appointment at my convenience, and James arrived right on time.  He explained to me what the problem was and stated it might take a day or two to get the part.  He also explained the part would be quite expensive because the replacement had been retooled with metal instead of plastic.  He also showed me that I could use the dishwasher without that part being replaced.  I chose to replace the part.  A short time later, he called to tell me he had found the part locally and could come by the house again right then to replace it.  I liked his honesty and the extra effort he made to get the part and replace it in the same day.

After the ducts were clean, we noticed a slight odor, and they came back immediately, no charge, to make things right (still not sure if it was the ducts or another issue causing it, but it went away). They also cleaned our dryer duct and made the important discovery that the vent just led into our ceiling (yikes!), and we are so grateful to them for telling us about this safety issue. We are very happy with the services they performed, and will use them again in several years."
