"I can t recommend Guss Heating and Air highly enough. Professional, prompt, and trustworthy. I need to address some inspection issues before selling my condo. Mr Guss promptly contacted me and arrange my service. He went through the entire inspection and addressed what actually NEEDED addressing. The service, parts, and labor fee was very reasonable. His integrity impressed me the most. In the age of the up sale , I found Mr. Guss approach refreshing. He could have told me I needed new parts or a new air conditioner and I would have been none the wiser. A big thank you and job well done Desmond Guss"

"I would also recommend Marvin's A/C & Heating. He arrived on time, told us what was wrong with our A/C unit, had it repaired and cooling again in little over an hour. He was friendly, professional and didn't over charge us for his services. Also was able to tell us what was causing the issues and made further recommendations that were more cost effective for our budget. We would definitely use Marvin again for our heating and cooling problems. Thank you Marvin!"

"Awesome service and very polite!"

"We have used GatorCo HVAC Division not only for our home AC unit which was destroyed in a recent hurricane, we have also used them for service and repair for all of our rental properties. They are fair, fast and very responsive. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"They were very professional and not only fixed what I called about but a couple other little things I did not know about. I recommend them to anyone that asks and I do home repairs."

"Had signature air come out to do a maintenance on my unit only to find out it needed some repairs. After the tech finished with the maintenance he showed me pictures of what needed repairs and explained everything that needed to be done to prolong the life of my unit. He gave me a great price and we went ahead and did all the repairs. The tech was extremely thorough and professional. I’m very pleased with the work he did. I will gladly recommend signature air to all my friends and family! Amazing job!!!"

"Very professional and totally knowledgeable about his products and installation. He worked with me on trying to explain what was necessary for my job and didnâ t try to sell me more than I needed. In the end I did decide to replace The whole AC and Heating Unit for peace of mind through no press from him. He has a additional one year warranty on labor only if needed. He was here on a Thursday and started the job on Friday then finished on Saturday. He moved his schedule around to accommodate me so I wouldnâ t be without AC. He was dependable and on time. I know I can call him for my future AC issues if any."
