"Outstanding service. Right on time."

"Cory and Josh both went out of their way to help me during the summer heat. Great guys and better customer service. Highly recommend."

"I called Metro when I wanted a second opinion on what needed to be done. They were extremely cooperative and sent someone out right away. They gave me a good deal and I was impressed with their attitude, so I hired them to do the work instead of the company we had dealt with previously. They got the new system installed and checked out in good time. They also took care of registering the new system with the manufacturer so that we're sure it's under warranty."

"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. I did not realize what bad shape things were in. I cannot rave enough about the service I have received so far. Thanks so much!"

"Jerry is awesome! He came out when the outside temp was 105 and the inside temp was 95! Very friendly. Explained everything and located the issue immediately and had the solution and repair the next day! If I could give him 10 STARS I would!"

"Eric came out and repaired the heat pump. Very efficient."

"My elderly mother lives in Cedar Hill and I needed someone I could trust to service her AC unit. HAP treated her with so much respect and kindness. The work was excellent and the price was fair. I?ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Gigem Ags ??"

"Everything went well. They were fast, on time, and did the job done. I have used the service 3 times now, and they were good at what they do. I would refer them and would recommend them to anybody."

"Chris was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Turns out it was a super simple fix that didn't even require any parts or tools so he didn't charge us a dime. Another company wanted to do a full replacement totaling over $2500. Great guy, we'll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future."

"Would hire again. Excellent Service"
