"The entire job went very well. The plumber arrived the morning after I initially called them. The plumber was very professional, clean, and personable. He came across as being very knowledgeable. He did not push anything on me or try to hard sell me on anything. He simply laid out the options to me and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. Total time to remove the old water heater, install the new water heater and water softener took about 5 hours. The service technician was very careful to clean everything up after he was done. He also wore booties over his boots when in the house. He checked everything for leaks. In the end, I had a very well functioning hot water heater and water softener with no leaks and no mess.
