They arrived on time and began working right away. When they finished they cleaned up what little mess they made. Mitch took the time to go over how the units functioned. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard.
