"I called Watkins at 5:00pm to report that our air conditioner wasn't cooling.  I was told that all technicians were busy but they would call as soon as one became available.  Within 30 minutes a truck was in our driveway!!  The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part (capacitator) in his truck, and completed the service within 45 minutes.  Total cost, including after-hours service call, was $305.12. <br>The first time I called Watkins was in 2014 when a competitor (that I had used for semi-annual maintenance for almost 20 years!) told us we had a cracked heat exchanger.  The cost to repair was very expensive so I called Watkins for a complementary second opinion.  The Watkins' technician told me this competitor was famous for this heat exchanger "scam" and found no problem whatsoever this our system.  I knew then that I could trust Watkins and would definitely use them in the future.  Today was that opportunity and I have nothing but high praise for them!! <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."

"Very good service at a fair price. Service Manager Nick gave no pressure options for my situation. I elected for a new install which was performed within two days. Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

"I called Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning to give me a second opinion on a cracked heat exchanger reported to me by a tech from Schneller/Knochelman. Cameron came out and thoroughly checked out the unit and informed me it was fine. CO levels normal. Not the 600+ ppm reported to me by the other tech. "Gas controller on my boiler was not working. Watkins responded and came within about 4-5 hours. The tech, Al, was very polite and professional. He looked at my controller, diagnosed that the problem was a broken spring and, since it's a "unique" and unavailable part, he modified the existing one and reconnected it stating he wasn't sure it would hold because of how stretched it was. It held for about 3 hours but broke again. I called Watkins again and they scheduled another tech since it was closed to after hours. My original tech took the call even though he was not on call. He had an idea for an alternate repair that has worked very well. I'm quite satisfied with the work and I believe the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Watkins."
