"Trinity Plumbing recently installed for me a fully recirculating tankless water heater. I couldn t be more pleased with Rodney Robbins. He was able to install the new water heater the day after I called him. He completed the project quickly even though he was replacing a tank water heater with the tankless model and tying into an existing recirculation loop. There were a couple of issues related to the unit he installed for me (not related to his work) that he made sure were addressed to my satisfaction. That meant he needed to contact the manufacturer s technical support folks several times and needed to come back out to my house twice to troubleshoot the manufacturer s issues. He did so quickly and without hesitation, even on a Sunday. Everything is operating exactly right now and I am very pleased with the new water heater - fast and continuous hot water. Rodney and Trinity Plumbing are good as gold."
