The blockage was a long way back in the pipes and hard to access as we are in a 4th Floor city condo, but Jarrad had the drainage tools needed to get the job done. We have had no problems since. They told me to call back when the weather was warmer and left me hanging. Called the company back 3 times and emailed them for an itemized receipt and never received a response. I would not recommend them as they were unresponsive and unprofessional.-waster of money for nothing. "
