Ramiro, the service man, arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He performed the maintenance work and explained each step of the process to me. Ramiro also recommended some changes to the thermostat settings which he programmed with my approval. Overall, i was very pleased and i will have Shavitz do the annual maintenance of the fan coil and AC unit."

He indicated that vents need to be cleaned before sealant and Freon can be added. Cost was as follows: $96 diagnostics + $203 for 1.5 pound Freon & labor + $60 another 30 minutes labor + $187 sealant (cost $27 on Amazon) = $545. System is working well. This cost is significantly higher than last service provider."
