JT did a walk through & recommended air testing. He gave lots of explanation about mold, treatments, etc so I thoroughly understood my situation and air test results in context. Collected the outside air sample (the baseline for comparison) during a polar vortex and hustled to make the last Fedex pickup on Friday night so test results would come back ASAP.
