"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "AS remarkable as it may sound this was the fastest and best service I have had from any vendor ever. I am a co-owner of a small restaurant. and is has become increasing difficult to get any one to service our HVAC needs. I called on Friday made an appointment for Wed., The problem worsened, Called back and a technician was at my house in 1 hour. After a thorough inspection I decided on a replacement instead of a repair. They showed up Mon at 10:30 am and were gone by 12:30. The workers were neat, polite and very easy to deal with. I will use this Co. again and recommend them to my friends and relatives. On top of this the price was VERY reasonable, and it was for the same unit."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I had taken the day off from work to accommodate the chimney sweep’s schedule. Which I was happy to do. However, I received a call at the time of the appointment indicating that the chimney sweep’s truck was broken down and there was no other service person in the area to service us. I’m a reasonable person and understand mechanical issues can happen. However, it was disappointing that I was given earlier notice. We rescheduled and the second service call was on time with a courtesy call ahead of time. There were three people who came to the house. One who appeared to be the team leader, was very courteous and seemed to be doing all the work. The other two were busy on their phones in the truck and only appeared to help after the lead service person corralled them to do their jobs. Both arrived at the door begrudgingly and looked very annoyed that they had to do anything at all. Again, the lead person did most of the work, did all the talking, cleaned up after himself, showed me the work he had performed and completed all the paperwork. So all in all they did the service requested. It’s just too bad the two helpers weren’t nearly as dedicated or congenial as the lead person. I share these details as a business owner myself and knowing the challenges of staffing and (right or wrong) how they are perceived by customers."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
