"I received a call at 7:30 am to let me know the technician would arrive in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later he had arrived. It took only one technician to remove my old 40 gallon tank from the basement and replace it with a 50 gallon tank. I asked him to try to move it as far to the right as possible since I have to get around it to do laundry and it was already a tight squeeze with the smaller tank. He completed the work quickly and cleanly and managed to give me as much and maybe a little more space to get around it. He was patient and asked if I had any questions. All my questions were answered with kindness and clarity. I am very happy with the new water tank and the installation process. I hope I never need to buy another water heater, but if I do I would hire Eco Plumbers again."

We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.

"Awesome job. Jimmy, Andi, Logan, Shannon, Bob and the rest of the team did an incredible job. In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck)."

"I called Tommy and explained what I needed. To my great surprise he said he was on his way to another job in Dublin and would be able to stop by. Of my 3 drains, one was completely blocked and the other two were open but one of them seemed partially blocked because heavy water flow would back up through a downspout ground fitting. Tommy snaked all 3 drains and discovered that the completely blocked one had severe damage and would need replacement. But he did open it to some degree and provided a quote for the eventual replacement which I agreed immediately to get scheduled. He broke through significant roots in one of the others and recommended annual snaking of that one to keep it working well. He is also going to return to repair a sump pump outlet from the house which seems to have had pipe joints separate in the ground. Tommy impressed both my wife and me with his personality, professionalism and work ethic. He seems to do great work at a very reasonable price. We will see how the upcoming drain line replacement goes, but at this time we would be very happy to hire him again for any kind of drainage or plumbing work."

"Received a prompt response to my  telephone request for a cost estimate. Joe arrived on time and was prompt, friendly, and courteous during the cost estimate inspection. He provided a very reasonable estimate compared to other estimates received. The work required two visits, first to temporarily cut and cap some water pipes to allow room for workers to repair a basement wall, then subsequently to return and re-plumb the water lines. On the first visit Tom arrived on time and conducted himself in a courteous and friendly manner. He performed the worked quietly and efficiently. He did a good job of cleaning up the work area after he finished. After he left, it was discovered that the bathrooms did not have any water.  JBC was immediately contacted and they arranged to have Tom return promptly to determine the problem. It was discovered that a water softener had been installed in the past then removed and a loop-back line installed in place of the softener. Tom reconnected the loop-back line which completely took care of the problem. After the basement wall repair, Tom returned the next day, as arranged, and rerouted the removed waterlines.. He also replaced a bathtub trap as requested. All work was accomplished in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner and was done for the quoted price."

"I had attempted to remove the old faucet and had reached a point where I did not have the tools necessary to complete the task. Provider cut off rusted pipe and installed new faucet I provided. Explained process. Cleaned up after service. Honored Angie's List offer. Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service. I will use this provider for other work I require.
