"My mother recently became mobility limited and was unable to step into her tub/shower combo. I purchased a prefab accessible shower unit, sliding doors and fixtures from a big-box store with the hopes that a family member would install it. Instead, the unit (which was delivered assembled!!!) sat in mom's driveway for a month. I finally decided to have a professional install it and I'm so glad I did! Joel called me very quickly after I requested a quote and he did a site visit the next day to see the existing setup and the new unit. He explained that the unit I'd bought would be great for new construction and that it would be a challenge to get it into the alcove of the smallish bathroom but he was confident they could make it happen. We agreed on a price that was very reasonable, considering I asked them to not only demolish and remove the old tub, surround and fixtures but to also replace the 40-year-old plumbing inside the wall. They started demo on Tuesday morning and mom had a beautiful new shower Wednesday afternoon! I am soooo pleased with the quality of the service and the workmanship; Joel and his guys were absolutely wonderful and kept me posted at critical steps along the way (I'm 250 miles away and could not be onsite due to the whole coronavirus thing). I would definitely hire Joel again and the only thing I would change would be to start with him instead of buying a unit from a big-box store and then trying to get it installed. Not only was he extremely professional, but Mr. Mike went beyond the reason we called; he saw an additional problem that would grow in the near future and he refused to allow it to remain. "The job went well. Happy with the precautions that were taken to protect the work and surrounding areas. Keep in mind this was a spray paint coating and not a reglazing. Dennis was very nice and professional. His paint job was good with no runs or overspray. Recommended not using a bath at with suction cups on the bottom as it may pull up the paint. May use perminent non skid strips. No harsh chemicals or abrasive cleansers. Ask me in a year from now how it is holding up. All in all for the price it is a fast fix for a ugly colored tub."

"I went with the solid surface shower with a glass barn door and then for the bath of my kid I had just a liner put on top. It broke some of the tiles this can happen but just one tile. It would have caused far more damage if I had completely replaced the tub. The installer went and bought me the same tile and reinstalled the one that broke, which I thought was amazing of him since tile work is not what they do. This brings me to this solid surface bathroom. Omg!!! It looks just like tile. I had never seen anything like this before! It is now so simple to clean the shower walls and floors, and I did not have to sacrifice the style of my bathroom!! I love the tile look, but I hate grout and it is not waterproof. Anyone who sees my bathroom now thinks it is tile. The barn door shower glass is gorgeous too. It all looks so modern and classy, and we get so many compliments. They worked all weekend to make sure it got done right and on time. The guys were just absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!"
