"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Was quoted over the phone for the job, which was very reasonable compared to others. Alvin also got back to me right away with answers to additional questions I had. He was able to schedule the job right away, which we needed since a hot water heater went bad. The two technicians showed up early and were very courteous and thoughtful about keeping the house clean while they worked. Eric and Gael did a great job. They were fast and efficent. I would not hesitate to hire Alvin's again."

"Service was done well and timely"

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"They were fabulous. Prompt return call after initial inquiry, they were conscientious of water, dirt on shoes on my floors and put towels down. Honest, educated and absolutely fair pricing for honest work. Would call again for any type of issue."

"Woke up to a flash flood in my basement that never floods. Technician got to my place within an hour of calling and had a new sump pump installed by early afternoon and the water drained out. It was stressful - the water was coming up fast and they dealt with it quickly. The lead technician was professional and courteous."
